On The Fly & Boats on the Nile



Dragonfly – Epic picture was caught on the fly…..so to speak.  Afternoon shot, and the dragonfly in question was very accommodating and seemed to hover in the one position for what seemed like many minutes while I set up my camera accordingly.  I think that you will agree the end result was worth the effort.

 

 

 

 

Nile Boats – One of the highlights of our trip to Egypt was the four day trip down the Nile from Cairo to Luxor on one of the luxury boats pictured, our boat was aptly named “Queen of Sheba” and yes the were racked and stacked at night just as you see in the picture, sometimes even more depending upon the number of boats in port at any one time.  Very strange feeling if you happen to be on the last boat as you would have to walk through the main entrance of all other boats to get to the shore.
